Anwar Mahmoud President Starting Brighton Custom Homes in 1979, Anwar Mahmoud is not new to the construction industry at all.  With over 35+ years of construction and engineering experience, there isn’t much he hasn’t seen in the industry. Whether it’s developing raw land, engineering difficult lots, or designing effective floor plans to eliminate wasted space, Anwar is hands on in every facet of Brighton Custom Homes business operations, which is the key to the company’s success.  Anwar states “You have to be passionate, competitive, and a complete package to succeed in anything.”  These core beliefs have allowed Brighton Custom Homes to build quality house in prestigious neighborhoods for the best price money can buy. Anwar Mahmoud is a licensed builder in the State of Georgia.  He received his Masters in Nuclear Engineering from Louisiana State University. Hani Mahmoud Chief Finance Officer Sales Agent Hani spent most of his teenage summers as a laborer, gaining insight to the construction industry at an early age. Pursuing to become an accountant, Hani began to keep the company’s books midway through his college years.  After working in the public accounting sector for many years, Hani joined forces with his father, Anwar, to assist in new construction sales and marketing.  Hani is also in charge of Brighton Custom Homes land acquisitions, to ensure Brighton Custom Homes remains to build quality homes in attractive areas. Hani Mahmoud is a licensed CPA and real estate agent in the State of Georgia.  He graduated Cum Laude from Georgia State University where he received his Bachelors in Accounting and Finance.  Hani is a native of Marietta, and currently resides in Kennesaw. Pablo Perez On Site Superintendent Pablo Perez is responsible for many different hats in the Brighton Custom Homes operations.  From scheduling contractors, ordering material, negotiating with vendors, or completing punch out work, Pablo is one of the key assets to Brighton Custom Homes success.  Joining Brighton Custom Homes in 2009, Pablo has been fortunate enough to attain and absorb the years of experience Anwar has obtained.  This acquired knowledge has allowed Brighton Custom Homes to increase its new construction starts and efficiency.
